You will NOT find a more honest and caring dentist than this woman right here. Her bedside mAnner is definitely different than most dentists but she speaks from the heart and will tell you straight up how she can or cannot help you. I have HORRIBLE dental anxiety and she was very helpful but she did not baby me. Im a grown woman who avoided the dentist for years, its my own fault that Im in the position I was in but she transformed my smile into something amazing. Her prices were by far the lowest Ive ever seen and my teeth are so beautiful. I am so sad she is selling her practice because I would recommend her to EVERYONE. Dr. Nguyen you are an absolute GOD SEND and I wish you all the best on your future endeavors. You have forever changed my smile and confidence and I will remember you forever. Can I also add that she just HANDED ME $200 cash to buy me and my children an air fryer. I dont know her personally, Im just a patient but I explained to her I was a single mother and didnt have a lot of time to cook and she went in her purse and pulled out $200 and just GAVE IT to me to buy an air fryer for my family. She is an amazing human being and Im sorry that all these people leaving terrible reviews werent able to see past their own insecurities and acknowledge the wonderful woman that is Dr Nguyen.

I would give zero stars if I could The staff was so nice and friendly and then the doctor came in and was so mean and rude Even the man that was her assistant was looking at me with the sorriest eyes when she made me cry. I have very bad dental anxiety and it has caused my teeth to get pretty bad over the years, I wont lie. I finally got up the courage to go and get a plan to have all the work done I needed and I went here. Big mistake.. She pretty much told me that I was disgusting and when I started crying because she was literally bullying me, she told me I was too sensitive and might as well get all of my teeth pulled since Im not going to take care of them I was very hurt and felt very disrespected and just sad honestly. I left crying my eyes out and will never return. Dr Nguyen is not a nice person. Ive seen some reviews claim her to be passionate but there is a big difference between that and just mean.

Never had a issue staff are friendly and the dr. Is honest and will be straight forward with you I have no complaints get in get done and never waiting on them Ill continue to go here

I don't make reviews very often but I always like to recognize exceptional customer service and excellent care when it is warranted. I am I long time customer of Concord Dental and have received regular cleanings and procedures as necessary. After 20+ years and several fillings, two crowns and one awesome implant I feel I can speak with confidence about this practice, Dr. Nguyen and staff. I feel that a dentistry practice may be the most difficult type of business to review since most patients have some sort of dental discomfort, issues. The negative reviews seem to be new patients with extensive dental issues due to neglected hygiene and no regular dental care. As someone with average teeth and receiving regular dental care at Concord Dental I would like to provide a different prospective of this practice. Dr. Nguyen has always been professional and provided skillful care. All appointment scheduling and office interaction is smooth and seamless thanks to Melissa the office manager. All dental assistants and hygienists have been competent and pleasant and I have felt safe throughout the pandemic precautions. All procedures have been thoroughly and accurately discussed including all costs. My spouse is also a 20 year patient of Concord Dental with no complaints. I can't really think of a reason to not rate Concord Dental less than 5 stars and I hope this review helps any future patients make a dental care choice.
