Very friendly..always willing to help .. BUT when they do the service vehicles it does take longer times than other service places ..NOT sure why , maybe they actually do inspect from bumper to bumper

"My experience at the dealership was disappointing and frustrating. I dropped off my car for routine service and picked it up with multiple warning lights illuminated on the dashboard, which had never happened before. I spent a whole day trying to get an explanation, only to be met with evasiveness and additional demands for diagnostic fees. Although I eventually got my car back, the lack of transparency and the persistence of issues, such as the diesel filter light coming on just 300 miles after picking it up, raise concerns about the quality of service and the dealership's integrity. This experience has left much to be desired."
