It's a neighborhood location, so the supply is limited. Vehicles are always clean and full. Staff is always polite and engaging. You're able to get in, get your vehicle and get out within a matter of minutes.

Great place to pick up a rental and not have to deal with airport lines

I was charged for a cleaning ($450) for a car that was NOT what I rented and was NOT even cleaned before I got it. Accused that the car smelled like POT, which I nor my wife smokes. They even even left the previous renters paperwork in the car through a different rental company (budget)! Which I am glad to post the photos, which it has her name, number and credit card info. Really $450 is now my charge for renting once a week from them and it was the easiet way for them to get their car cleaned. All they did was COMPLAIN to me about Corporate and how they dont send them the cars that are ordered. The previous week they charged me for a full day rental ($50) because I had to wait in their line to return my car, which took an hour. His name is Babak. Update: I have now been charged for toll fees, which were paid as I went through them and was charged and additional $65 for no reason at all! Avis has not called me to handle this after I was on the phone e with them for an hour. I suggest do NOT rent from Avis or Budget. Oh and Babak and the woman he works with bashed their other employee Chris, in front of me and other customers, for incorrectly doing paperwork.
