I purchased my Audi A3 from Romeo at rock sound auto and wanted to share my experience which was great I live in Miami and I found this Audi A3 on auto trader with 38000 miles its a 2008 so I was a little skeptical whether the miles were rolled back or not if the mechanical condition is good so I asked Romeo a lot of question regarding the condition of the vehicle .
Romeo sent me multiple videos of the car and pictures and insured me that the car is in great mechanical condition he also notified me that one of the speaker covers were slightly broken he ordered one for me I just need to go pick it up. So I decided to go with my feeling buying the car without looking or inspecting it in person
And Im very happy I did Romeo even took care of the shipping of the car to Miami when I received the car I took it to my mechanic which specializes in European cars and he informed me that the car is in great condition which made me even more happier

Excellent experience buying a car sight unseen from Romeo. When you call he answers the phone, on the rare occasions he can't, he calls back quickly. If he says he'll do something he does it & does it timely. I spent 6 months looking for an RX8 & contacted numerous dealers before buying from Romeo. He's the only one I can say that about. He represented the car honestly and we reached an agreement that was fair for us both - a win/win negotiation. He also did a great job arranging enclosed shipping at a very fair cost. As far as I'm concerned, Romeo is the hardest working man in car sales.
12/31/21 Happy New Year Romeo. Hope ur doing well. Still loving my RX8 1 year since the purchase but not much good right now with 4-7" of snow coming to Illinois tomorrow. Stay safe down there in Covid Central! Mike D

I have to say that buying a car from Romeo at Rock Sound was so easy. I have been looking for the SUV that we purchased at several different dealers. We went hour away to look at this SUV and got the run around. I have never bought a vehicle so quickly and smoothly before. If you're looking for a luxury vehicle at a great price and in great condition, this is the spot. Will do business here again.

Romeo had excellent customer service. He told me about the car I was looking at on the phone and when I got there to see it everything was exactly what he said. All his vehicles looked good. Definitely will come back when I need another one.
