Where to start? The whole experiance was messy. Let's start with the location. They dont actually have a lot. The cars sit on an auction lot and they deliver it to a 'partner's dealership that fills out the paper for them. They supposedly pick the nearest dealer to the cars location. That means the real owner doesn't show, so no negotiation on price. We made an appointment with a 1 hour window. We let them know when we were 30 mins out, and again when we were 5 mins out. When we arrived the car wasnt on the lot! Even after we made an appointment, confirmed it and gave updates. We ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 mins for the car to arrive. For the wait he knocked $200 off. Not worth it as we drove over 3 hours to get there. On to the car itself. I viewed and asked for pictures. They were great! Even showed the miles on odmeitor and no check engine light. The check engine light was on when we inspected the car. Ran it down to the mechanic and turns out the hybrid battery is bad. The $5-6000 battery that isnt made anymore is bad. It's not something that just happens in less than 100 miles from the time the dealer bought it. Extremely deceptive to not disclose this! Especially when the pics show other wise! Hybrid car without a working hybrid battery is scrap. Wasted time, wasted trip.
