Very rude staff line of ppl and lady told everyone be back in 15 minutes for her break.thats unacceptable in my book. Most of us pay for cable TV eifi and comcast has always been very pricey for what u get.when you must go to service center to pay or pick up a new router one should at least be treated with some small amount of courtesy and respect.i along with several other patrons view that as a slap in the face so to speak. Please save yourselves the anguish and avoid it at much as possible..I would give it -4 stars if it were an option. A lady there told me I didn't have to come there if it was a problem for me to wait till they had their " smoke break". Thanks I hope they fix this for future patrons

Good service when my mom cancelled the cable system as we watch our shows with the Xfinity Stream between my old room and my mom’s bedroom in Fleming Island. I would go ahead and get a new iPhone through the Xfinity Mobile before I start my Challenge Enterprises work for some reason.
