        I was so glad to get a local store because it is always problematic talking to customer service on the phone, but at the store the customer service was horrible. I was asking questions related to claims on a flyer that our internet coverage could be improved with an upgrade. I told them our issues with signal strength upstairs being poor. I asked how much it would be to upgrade to the next platform and I was told $20 a month. Someone else had told me $2 a month. I asked the rep to please look up my specific account and let me know the price increase and was told "I don't need to look up your account, I know what the cost is". When she looked up my account - surprise, surprise, it was no additional cost to get the new modem. She was rude, not helpful, never was supportive of helping upgrade the modem which it turns out is the only way to get the "Pod" extenders to improve internet. All in all it was a horrible experience and I think they need to retrain their staff on customer service. UPDATE 4/2/24: We had equipment that stopped working and had to go into the store to return it. They were able to help us as we came in without waiting for a respresentative to be free - gave us the equipment and we were in and out in 5 minutes. We were not able to pair the remote and the box when we got home - so I did the chat support and they did some troubleshooting and had us up and running very quickly. We had a really good experience this time!!

        Warning , Do not use there cell service . The customer service is one of the worst iv ever delt with . You will be on the phone for hours to resolve simply fixes . The saving is not worth the headache. Do yourself a favor and stick to the moble services that are dependable.
