        Sephora inside of JC penneys at the Orange Park mall is extremely sad and pathetic. They have lots of shelves that have absolutely no make up on them I don't understand why they still have the shelves there.Extremely disappointing will not return to that Sephora.

        Since before the pandemic this store looked scarce. Now there is even less product now than in 2020. It's not funand friendly to shop there. The service reps may be nice but it was different. In the past they were so helpful I could easily make recommended purchases or impulse buys. The old sephora welcome, how can we help, did you find everything, can we order it online for you attitude was not there today. The person checking me out could not be older than high school age. How can she help an older woman about skin care for her mother or grandmothers age? I will not return. I would rather go over the bridge or drive further to another sephora or just go to ulta or find another place to shop.
