Been shopping here for over 30 years. I almost always find what I need. Dori in menswear was so helpful and pleasant. Give that woman a healthy raise. You need more people like her

Mr. Don Bernard, the business manager of mens suits, was amazing! I went in with my daughter and her boyfriend looking for suits for prom and he was so patient and nice! He was hands on and very helpful! He worked directly with my daughter and her boyfriend showing them so much respect that isnt usually shown to teenagers. I wanted to let them speak to him so that they could convey their wishes and dreams for their prom. She even had her gown so that they could match. He measured my daughters boyfriend and guided them through the process, even sharing his experience with his own son. He perfectly combined professionalism with relatability and guidance. He answered all of their questions and made them feel confident in their selections. He was also honest and didnt try to sell them on items that the store didnt have. They couldnt find a perfect shade of pink for his shirt so instead of trying to convince them to buy another top, he suggested that they purchase the suit from Dillards and then seek the top elsewhere, even going out of his way to make suggestions. This gave me even greater confidence in Dillards as a brand. I couldnt have been more pleased with my shopping experience !!!
