Unfortunately, my family and was treated as if we're thieves. I have shopped here for over 7 years in fleming island I would even order for delivery from the store. As usual they would greet you and ask if you need help the reply would be either yes or no. My daughter needed assistance with finding a good makeup product myself and my other daughter continued to shop. The other 2 worker followed us all around we went to the back they stood at the office door, we went into the middle isle they came next to isle whispering then as we began to approach the front the came running to the front. The clerk said " we just came to help" Right I bet! Then ask if we have an event coming up... Um the answer is No just wanting to buy things that I need for the future. I will no longer order and purchase anything from this facility. Discrimination is a serious matter in this store and should be addressed that not all black and brown skin people are thieves.

Totally disappointed in Sally's Beauty on Fleming Island, FL. The owners need to understand their client base in the area. The lack of ethnic hair options as well as the placement of ethnic supplies in the back corner of the store lets me know that my money is not valued here.

Valerie did an awesome job pointing me towards some bleach and toner after I told her about previous experiences I had with other products. She also gave me good pointers about how to make the product work best for me. Thank you so much Valerie!!

Honestly I come in very regularly and have only had good experiences as of recently sad to see the girl with the red in her hair I used to get all my information from isn't there anymore but the new manager is so so sweet and very knowledgeable they have made me go from a once a year customer to a monthly regular favorite sallys location by far

It is currently 11:07 on a Sunday, when they should be open by 11. There are four customers outside waiting, myself included. No one is in the store, the lights are off, no one is answering the phones etc. The employees who work at almost every Sally's act as of they're being inconvenienced by their customers and this location is no exception.
