Verizon Wireless

I went in several weeks ago to get another upgrade for my wife and myself, to find out there was new management. The prior owner Mark? Or Matt? left and there are new owners, with a new manager. I worked with a young lady last year who was the manager of the store who was amazing, and honestly the reason we ended up coming to Verizon in the first place. I refuse to get my upgrade this year at this location. I hate what they did look wise to the store as well as getting rid of old owner and management. This store acts as if you are just another number and not how it use to be, which was like a family. NEVER going here again. These people are clueless how to run a business.

Friendly knowledgeable sales people. They go out of their way to make sure you get the right phone and the right plan.

We have definitely had our share of what I call 'cell phone jibberish', so we walked into this Verizon store ready for more of the same. {to be honest, I was ready to ditch our cell phones and use smoke signals!} What we got was friendly, professional, courteous, dependable service. WOW! What a refreshing experience!! We bought phones, got a the perfect plan for us, not to mention friendly, easy to understand explanations on the 'how to's' on using Android phones as we had 'plain' cell phones previously. I'm SO very pleased with this experience!! Thank you, thank you, Brittany & Matt!! We're customers for life!
