        Be aware! Pick different location if you can or be careful what they run up. I went there to get phone for my son and specifically asked the lady we want the deal which was currently going on but no extras as we are on budget. She didnt even asked and added charger and case to the bill. I told her I didnt need the case to which she madly threw it on the side. She did push the charger on me ($35) as she said I couldnt use my existing one (lie found out later). I just received the bill. It had extra protection charge on it and hot-spot charge! For 11 year old!!! I didnt ask for any of that. Dishonest and greedy there. We went to different store SW Ocala and that was totally different a pleasant experience. I will never go back to the Silver Spring store.
