Office staff is terrible. Never answers the phone, they turn phones off so when you call it says office is closed in the middle of the day. I went in for an early morning appointment and the lights werent even on lolThe doctors are good, its a shame. Update 3/23/23 Just scheduled a sick appointment for my 1 year old and theyve updated their answering service to stay in line and have a call back option and it was a much more pleasant experience. Ive also noticed the office staff has improved. Much better customer service. Noticeable difference.

This office is terrible with communication. Scheduled an appointment and it was cancelled without notice. Then, today scheduled the appointment and was cancelled due to policies that were never announced to me. Its a shame that the doctors are wonderful but the office staff is horrific.

Office staff are absolutely terrible. Nearly impossible to get in touch with them. I called over 25 times in one day and not one time did they answer or call me back. They are one of the only places accepting patients. I promise you it is worth the wait to find somewhere else - for the sake of your kid.

Doctors are really nice and professional but the front desk people never answers the phone. I had to go a lot of times to Urgent Care because of them.

As others have said, I can also confirm the Dr. Silva is very good at NCH pediatrics however the office staff is very low rated. I've called numerous days, multiple times, and no one answers. My wife also has called and even left 2 voicemails, 2 different days; no return phone calls. Very very seldom someone will actually answer the phone. Ashley was who I last spoke with saying they did receive the fax and will gladly bring it to Dr. Slilvas attention. Well that's been days ago and I still have no idea if the very important paperwork was taken care of as once again multiple days now along with multiple phone calls and day 3 of calling I finally had Ashley on the phone again. Update: On our last visit we were pleased. We had called and the answering service actually allowed us to speak to a person immediately. I hope the improvements maintain at this level of service.
