The short lady who is the darkest at the reception, I don't know her name, gives the parents a nickname. By chance I was inside and I heard the name she said and by chance I know that person but I didn't say anything to her. Please be more careful with this, what would happen if I told you, be very careful with this, remember that we do not go there out of pleasure but out of necessity.

Dr. Cordero is an excellent Dr. But now they have decided to change companies or systems and it is too complicated, with appointments, now you are treated by the Dr that they want.
For 14 years, Dr. Lamb has seen my three children and now, in the new system, my children simply no longer exist.
The ugliest thing, today I go to Dr. Lamb's clinic, because my baby cried all morning, apparently an ear infection, and the worst thing is that they didn't want to see me because I didn't have an appointment. Since when can emergencies be scheduled? Now with this clinic which I no longer recommend for any reason. They let my one-year-old baby out crying because of ear pain, without caring about the human aspect, since when do doctors forget the human aspect of their patients who have given them trust for years.
I'm very upset and the worst thing is that they don't care.
There is a new employee who gives bad customer service, they are one of the people who apparently doesn't like their job. If they don't remove it, it will cause problems with many parents. The girl is arrogant.
