on September 5th I purchased the service but immediately cancelled the request after realizing it was a third party company. I called and was told that someone would "review" my cancellation request. It's now been 32 days and after calling to find out why I have not been issued a refund, I am told after a 10 minuted call that someone would "review this request in 1-3 days. Apparently, this company believes they are above Federal Law which gives consumers 3 days to change their mind and the company has 10 days to refund their money. I have also files a complaint with the BBB and for the sake of making a point, go as far as needed to keep business in compliance with Federal Law
