If you have an appointment or call in ahead of time and have all documents needed expect to be in and out under 20 minutes for a brand new passport they helped guide me and educate me through the process amazing customer service you guys were awesome

Tremendous good service, I have made my passport twice with this agency and the truth is they are very professional and fast. This last time I made my son's one a month before a trip I had planned and paying more obviously in 5 days I had it. All those bad reviews you see before are because people don't realize that we live in Miami, everything is very expensive. Do it early and you will pay less. In my case I needed it quickly and I didn't care. Nestor is the man who always helps me, super attentive and professional.

If you need your passport right away this is the place to go to. They go beyond the bounds. Profesional and outstanding service. I even had my name changed I had to add my married last name and they helped me through the process . It took one week and two days and my passport was delivered to me.
