This store is out of pocket they hire this little wanna be thugs from I dont know where and they treat customers like if theyre doing US a favor I have this so call staff by the name of Martin who specifically tried to ruin my experience with the t mobile account I have for 10 years now. Me and my wife have been a loyal customer with this network for over 10 years. Martin ruined it today for us thank you Martin very much and your ghetto little staff crew. Please go anywhere else but this store , Martin and the ghetto Lucious babes there will make you feel like youre at a cheap club in the middle of west Miami. Thank you. (Additional information) after a few days they canceled my account after I left this review. So not only do this staff at this place retaliates like gang members , but they lie against you. They cancel my account for living a bad review. Whats more hilarious is that the next day after this altercation, I went to another t mobile located in biscayne downtown Miami and they changed my screen protector without ANY issue. Martin and everyone there was very unprofessional and as I stated before , they behave like bouncers from a cheap club and they violate your rights. Im glad I changed network Im happy where Im at now. Dont come to this store unless you want to experience a very hood and ratchet staff. Specially Martin , he will flex his little muscles on you in an attempt to intimidate you. Thanks everyone please go somewhere else
