        I was having a crossed line with another carrier and this amazing mobile expert Barbara at the Mizner T-Mobile location helped me restore my phone back to normal where I didn't have to worry about and security issues. Her service exceeded my expectations and I left with full confidence that the problem was solved. I highly recommend Jacob to assist you with any purchases or issues.

        The staff are rude and incredibly unhelpful.... like what's the point to come here if they can't even help out.... with simple stuff like a screen protector...Terrible.

        My experience at this T-Mobile was fantastic due to the service provided by Gabriel. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. After going through the available plans with me, I returned the next day and Gabe was able to sign me up and quickly switch my service. He also assisted my family member joining on my plan who went into her local store to switch service. He got on the phone to direct them how to quickly add her phone to the plan. Very easy transition. Gabe even followed up with me after the visit to answer my questions. Walking into the store a second time, I felt very welcomed as Gabe greeted me by name. My experience at this store was great and polar opposite of my experience with the retail stores for other carriers. It reinforced my decision to switch to T-Mobile.
