BEWARE!! when I went to modify my reservation, I was charged nearly 800$!!! For "use of sheets, cleaning fee, etc." I could stay at the PLAZA in NYC for that!! Negotiated it down to 100$. Read all the fine print. There are plenty of hotels and air bnb that will treat you much more kindly and not try to rob you blind. Even explained to them I was only in town for my daughter's surgery, it didn't matter. Who does this???

Great location next to CocoWalk in the Grove. Many restaurants, shopping, parks and marinas within walking distance. The team is great and the property manager is the best.

After being in the hotel business for over 40 years I retired and had to find a place to stay. My experience during this past year as a resident at Bayshore Grove has been incredible. The staff from Merry, the property manager to Raudel & Raguel the maintenance team has been amazing. There is not one maintenance request that has not been resolved very rapidly. The team here has been amazing and cannot be beat with their outstanding service. During my time here I have never been let down.

I have lived in the Grove 9 years and this place BY FAR is the best condominium, for the best price. Everyone knows that most of the landlords are crooks around here, and you are left with shoddy apartments. But from the beginning this place treated me professionally and personable. Merry is the manager, and she is as warm and straight as they come. On TOP of her game. Treat her right and she will do the same! Always friendly, the staff too, greetings by Donna every morning with a smile, and the rest of them too. Laundry is offered on site, and the views of the bay and village are what I rise and come home to every night. All the neighbors are friendly too. Absolutely love moving to a place where they actually give a ! I LOVE living here! Thank you!
