The worst place I've ever lived in. You will enter an apartment with a great space and then you will notice that the makeup they do on the property is showing up and when you leave you will be charged for everything that has been put on makeup. Another very serious problem is cockroaches, they will invade all your small appliances with a blender, electric pots, microwaves, televisions, in short, everything you put inside the apartment must be discarded when you leave. DONT RENT!! THERES MUCH BETTER PLACES FOR THE SAME PRICE. I regret to say that my experience at this place was absolutely dreadful and unquestionably the worst I've ever had. Despite the commendable efforts of the maintenance team BUT the living conditions were INSANE. Paying $2000 for a one-bedroom apartment only to share it with ROACHES was beyond unacceptable. If you do a HOLE ON THE WALL the ROACHES. Additionally, the pool area was perpetually tainted by smokers and drug dealers, rendering it unusable. Living here was a nauseating ordeal, and I would never consider returning. I'd sooner opt for a motel over this atrocious establishment. Finally liberated from this nightmare, I'm immensely relieved to be out of there.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! It's overpriced and they don't care about the residents .. full of roaches and wall geckos. I will let the pictures do the talking. Definitely not renewing my lease. I regret doing so. they charge for everything including $30 for trash, which barely gets picked up. Now we are living with roaches!!!

This has been one of the worst experience I encounter in my life. Ill start by saying that I was pressured in taking the unit even do I didnt gave them a down payment. They mention legal repercussions if I end up breaking the lease even do no money was giving. I rented this unit based on the videos/photos that was provided to me via Email cause I came from out of state. When I arrived the day of my lease start I rejected the unit cause it was not even closed from what was expected from what was painted via email. After some discussion with the property manager they came with legal repercussions if I didnt take the unit. So to make the story short, I end it up taking the unit cause I didnt want to have any legal issues nor any problem. So be careful and always make sure to have a family member walk the unit if youre out of state or take a short flight to review same. Ill stay away from Biscayne Apartments. Ill say the team that helped me, they were great and didnt had anything to do with the malfunction company they work for.
