    EDIT UPDATE 6/19/23- Since March, Management refuses to allow a renewal on my lease. Unclear exactly why. No appeals allowed and no resolution or alternative leasing arrangement available or offered. I had immense respect for the management and team here, even after they had a transition and change in ownership that caused some missteps in resident satisfaction. I have recently been met with an extremely disappointing attitude and tonal shift in our landlord-tenant negotiations, including ambiguity in what factors were evaluated that caused the non-renewal, lack of clear communication and expectations for resident behavior/guidelines, with no opportunity or notice to cure their concerns. Requested an appeal and documentation to support their decision going back from March and have received nothing to date. Its a shame, because its a great place to live! Just dont get on the managers nerves or cause the slightest inconvenience to their office. This experience makes it clear to me that Bozzuto doesnt back their welcome home inclusivity policy and commitment- as this entire experience has been extremely hurtful and isolating. All this was after they mistakenly and in error filed an eviction proceeding, had to walk it back with a shameful dismissal in court, and then tried to charge me $600 in legal fees for their error. As for the building/apartment itself- CORE's base rent does provide great value for what you get. Really nice amenities, but a change in cleaning staff and time has started to show on everything- from the pool, to the events programming, to the gym equipment, and general upkeep. Weeclef in sales is the man and Deschannel and Evelyn at the Concierge are absolutely fantastic. It's still a new building, but the interiors, furniture, and decor are starting to show significant signs of age and its unlikely management will reinvest to keep everything to standard. Parking is still forced valet at $200/month, (however, the valets remain good people). Conclusion- While CORE's base rent is good bang for your buck, the monthly add-ons for parking, utilities, internet quickly make it less so. New building means new construction and dealing with problems as they come up. Appliances are Samsung for the oven/range and microwave, basic Whirlpool stack washer/dryer, A/Cs are generic wall units and management does not provide filters/filtration system. Make sure to inspect your unit prior to accepting it- I had lots of signs of fast and slapdash prep on the apartment. Location is excellent.

    Worst experience ever. They have renting schemes raising prices, deliberately making it difficult to re-rent the unit and terminate the lease early. Keep the security deposit hostage despite of no issues identified upon the move out.

    I absolutely love everything about Core and the team here!!! Maira, Hanaly, and everyone else are outstanding and always taking care of the residents. The building is super clean, the amenities are awesome, the apartments are gorgeous! I just renewed my lease and moved to a bigger apartment and definitely see myself staying here for a very long time!
