looked for Quote to ship car from Oklahoma to New Jersey. It was near 10 pm, entered information and was contacted with information in minutes. I had looked around previously at car shipping rates , found the rate to be excellent. Once I placed order to ship had confirmation in a few minutes. The car was picked up as delievered, the man I bought my car from called me to say how impressed he was with the service and the truck. I had an estimated time of pick up and delievery when I placed order that expectation was met. Driver kept me informed as to estimated time of arrival as this took several days. When truck came on time as promised, I was very impressed with the tractor and trailer. Driver was excellent, the trailer was very very impressive , clean, not a spec of debris or dirt. Truck was very well lighted instide trailer as car was unloaded. The driver was very knowledgable about cars, and had detailed any flaws on car before he had loaded it and he pointed them out to me upon delievery. I would recommend this service to anyone. Great service

Bottom line up front: Samantha with Luna Auto Transport will get your car to you in great condition!
Summary:
I am in the military and we could only ship one car with the government for free, leaving shipment of our other vehicle on our dime. We chose Luna Auto based on the google reviews which seemed mostly positive.
Luna Auto is registered as a broker with the DOT. You can look for yourself, they have a good record with the government. As of this writing, no crashes. Pretty good!
Samanthacan be hard to get a hold of sometimes, but she did communicate every step of the way. (I am kind of nosy and want to know everything.)
SHe brokered our car from Norfolk, VA to Honolulu, HI with no issues.

I was dealing with Samantha for this transport. It was an absolute pleasure from the first contact until after the delivery when I was thanked for the business. These are real professionals. Not only did the car arrive 2 days earlier than she could promise (and I was asking for ASAP), it came on a better truck than I was looking to pay for (enclosed) and all at the original quoted price. The drivers were also very friendly at the delivery. This was a true 5 Star service and I highly recommend them as I am a 120% satisfied customer.

When shipping a vehicle across the nation to my brother in Minneapolis, Samantha was very helpful, had great customer service and a professional approach to the service they provided me which is a rare find for this industry. I will definitely choose them again for my next shipment!
