I literally just called this company to see about school transportation and I got a text that said "please text me". First impressions are everything and I'm not texting a company that's supposed to be transportation my children. Wow.

The woman that drives this vehicle is a menace that does not know how to drive! Please do not let her drive your children she will endanger their lives! Coming down from I-75, in 186 Street Miami Gardens Drive, I was in the proper lane to make a right turn on 87th Ave and she created her own lane from the right (absolutely illegal) to try cut me off and almost crashed against my vehicle (with all of my young children inside). When I called the phone number outside the vehicle to report the van, she answered with nasty comments/attitude, screaming at me for daring to call that phone number and refusing to take responsibility for her actions and the accident she almost caused. I will report her business to appropriate legal channels.

I ABSOLUTELY love the service Kidz Express provides for my family! The owner goes above and beyond to help families and has given me peace of mind knowing that my children are being safely transported to school. They arrive on time each day and always keeps me notified if there are any changes or delays with the service! I highly recommend them!!
