This is a garbage company they do not pay their drivers

A friend of mine used this company for transportation to and from the various venues for the wedding and reception in the Miami area. They were either not on time, did not show up at certain times at all, or completely forgot people altogether. There were supposed to be two pick up times at 2:30 PM and 3 PM at the Mayfair and Mutiny to St. Agnes Church. I was with the Mutiny group the shuttle at 3 PM never came and we had to call an Uber showing up 15 min late for the ceremony. We were told by the bride that she had to ride to the ceremony with guests because the shuttle did not come at 3 PM to the Mayfair either. She was supposed to be picked up alone with her bridal party. She additionally told us that they were supposed to have a limo bus and the company only provided them with charter style buses. On the ride back to the hotel from the church we were dropped off and I explicitly asking the driver when they would be back he said 5:45 PM which was the stated time on our schedule. At 6:05 PM I called a friend at the other hotel to ask if they had been picked up to which he replied they were just getting on the bus. I asked him to ask the bus driver if they were coming to our hotel next (5 min walk) he said no that we had another bus. I asked if the bus driver could call the other bus and ask where he was to which he replied he had no way to reach him. Again we called an Uber to the reception. For the reception they were supposed to run a continuous loop between the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens where the reception was and the hotels. I was one of the last groups to board the last bus and we found that there was a group of people who had been on the busy for 90 + minutes waiting to leave. The reception venue and hotels were approximately 10 min apart yet the company did not run the continuous loop to the hotels as asked instead forcing guests to wait.
