Hertz Car Rental - Miami Gardens - 2nd Avenue HLE

Love coming here been dealing with them for almost 5 years. Love the service sometimes they dont have the car but they always try to work it out with you best place to go and rent a car.

Unprofessional. We arrived and the first thing we encountered were two employees arguing in the lobby. One clearly had issues with Hispanics. As one of the ones arguing with the other kept making reference to his accent. It was clear what the Hispanic employee was trying to communicate. Once that wonderful experience was over, we had the displeasure with dealing with a horrible customer service representative. He was patronizing and unprofessional. Then once all the paperwork was done we had to wait an hour and a half for them to clean it. As we waited, every other person who rented was told to wait for the car to be cleaned. READ THE REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. We should have known this was going to be our experience.
