Terrible service. George or Jorge was terrible and very unhelpful. When we booked we were told we had a rental but then when we got there no rental was available. Then one magically appeared and they lied about running our card they said it was declined. Horrible service and Jorge is a terrible representative of the company. From other reviews I see many people have similar complaints but looks like corporate has not done much to rectify the issue. Would give 0 stars if it was an option

Horrible customer service. DO NOT try to book a car rental from here. They over book the cars. We were told they did not have any after traveling from Key West by bus. Got stranded in Marathon and had to change flights due to the delay.

Very helpful service with good selection of cars. Rented three cars, one of which was transported from key west available when I arrived. The associate that helped us was very pleasant and informative. She was over worked, which was easy to see, but still had a great attitude.

Terrible customer service. We were lied to and complained to Budget corporate office. Their resolution was unacceptable. If you must use this location be prepared to deal with their lack of integrity.
