I needed a 4 Point Inspection as part of my Homeowners Application to State Farm. I contacted them and scheduled it at a time that was convenient to both of us. He arrive at the scheduled time, explained the pictures he needed and told me that the insurance company would have the results within 24 hours. Jon took pictures of the electric panel, water heater, plumbing, AC, laundry area and roof. He was very informative, personable and attentive to detail. The application was approved a few days later. Two days ago, I received a letter from State Farm informing me that I had only received partial credit in the wind mitigation report that I had submitted and was 3 years old. I called Jon and he explained to me what the company had reference. Definitely, Jon is knowledgeable and a great asset to a customer. I intend to use him again.
