NEW Home Inspections

We used Jordan at New Home Inspections for both our initial pre purchase inspection and also at our one year warrantee inspection. He is very responsive and was able to get us scheduled at a convenient time. He does a very thorough inspection and provides an extremely detailed report including photos and video of any items he finds. We highly recommend this company for any home inspection needs you may have.

This is the great company!!! First time when i was going to buy a hoise 6 month ago i paid for inspection and before inspection i had to cancel it. WOW! We were blown away by the thoroughness of this inspection. The builder likely cringed when they received the 46-page report of items to fix. This easily paid for itself 10 times over. Before we called New Home Inspections, we had a couple of other inspectors that were recommended to us. But their reviews were mixed and their rates were higher. It was absolutely SHOCKING that New Home Inspections quoted the lowest fee, as their results were clearly above and beyond. For example, finding "cold spots" in the ceiling where there was a likely leak in the Air Conditioning ducting behind the drywall. Who finds that? Jordan did! Do yourself a favor and find out why these reviews are so much higher than the other local companies...
