        Zack did an excellent job for our 1 year home warranty inspection, verifying many issues I already was concerned about and finding many I had no idea about. Generating the a list I was simply able to forward to my builder to start the repairs process. Well worth the money.

        My one year warranty with the builders was up in October so I took action and hired Florida premier Building consultants for an independent inspection. I’m glad I did! The biggest surprise to me was some important wiring for the AC was NOT connected AT ALL causing the two zones not to work correctly. Wow! Great job finding this error! Well worth the money to hire them! Thank you!
