Jack was awesome, made my appointment for a WDO back in February he was on time and professional. Due to high refinance volumes my inspection expired a day before closing. He responded within 24 hours and helped recertify my inspection . Please keep him in mind for all inspections!

This person was hired to perform inspection on my home by the prospective buyers. First thing I noticed after the inspection was a broken shower handle. We have Sterling Single Lever shower handles. They operate by moving up, down or side by side for temperature control NOT twisting. They do not turn if you force twist they break. Both shower inserts and handles were new. He broke one and instead of just taking responsibility he put it in the report as a fault!!!! How unprofessional!!!! He broke it because he didnt know how to operate it and puts it in the report as broken and hard to operate. You know Whats hard to operate? Your brain. Also flagged a light fixture as not operational because he does not know how to operate a 3-way switch. Poor quality and very unprofessional. Stay away. And BTW, I have video proof of both showers working correctly 5 hours before the inspection. And I sent those to my Realtor prior to the inspection. So you can not claim they were broken or did not work.

This guy made an appointment with me for noon on Thanksgiving day. He calls me the day before, while I was at work mind you, and leaves a message that he was at my house and coud do the inspection then. I didn't get the call or message till the next day because I had no signal. I texted him at 1:00 on Thanksgiving and he didn't have the common courtesy to even return the text. Has not contacted me today at all! I can't give anything lower than a 1 or I would. This has left me having to try to find another company to do it and I am in real need as I am trying to re-fi my home. This is totally pathetic and extremely unprofessional!!! Don't waste your time with this clown!
