This review is for Virgil Grant, he rented a refrigerator from Arron's on 4/9/ 2016 and it was really roach infested, to the point of when he open the refrigerator roaches came from every where tiny baby roaches and medium size, even from the bottom of this refrigerator. Once the door was open the roaches starting crawling out vigorously into the house and infested the house. He called them , and they were really nasty about taking care of the problem. He called the store back for them to pick up the refrigerator, they came back to replace it with another one with was even worst. Virgil explained to the manager that this refrigerator was disgusting and very unhealthy. Also that the roaches have infested the house and they would need to have his home sprayed to kill the roaches that was unleashed and invaded in his home. First the manager Dennis told him to go by some roach spray and spray his home, this was very unsatisfactory, this problem is so bad that he told them that would need to have his home professionally sprayed, then the manager told him to call their Corporate store and hung up on him. He is still looking into this matter.
We wanted people to know that their merchandise is infested with roaches, so beware if you do not want these pests in your home. Management at this location is nasty and very unprofessional. They could have resolved this problem without all this drama. He just wanted them to do the right thing, if he was spending his hard earned money in their business. The conduct of this store employees is despicable.
