At originally given this place a five-star. In the time that I have been dealing with them I have gone from five stars to one star only because no star is not offered. The salesman John told me untruths repeatedly. It took months for me to get my furniture. Now that I have it all it is my promise to myself not to do business with this company again. Or at least with this particular branch that I dealt with. I'm not saying the whole company is not up to snow but this particular one. I don't ever want to do business with them again I have been searching for a while for a specific red sofa ( red is my favorite color). I had this sofa in question, it was old and needed to be replaced, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I looked online but to no avail. We'll lo and behold a couple of weeks ago, I saw the sofa in question and it was at a fantastic price, so I called and I spoke to a really great salesman his name is John he's in the regency square office in Jacksonville Florida......... addendum at the 🔝
