I went to St Johns Bluff NFCU to take care of my account services. I was greeted up front by Grisell, who was polite and professional. Then by Cora, who was so patient with me and answered all my questions without hesitation and a smile. Grisell and Cora were both very helpful and kind.The customer service provided by these ladies goes beyond 5 stars and I look forward to a long NFCU relationship.

I opened my account otp with customer service and they were extremely nice and offered a faster way of getting my debit card which was to go to a branch to pick it up. I made the mistake and came to this location. The woman behind the counter on the far left named Desiree was just so nasty and rude to me. I had a great attitude and smile when i came in but she showed me so much hate... i don't understand it. I'll never come back to this location.

Anything other than banking I would not waste my time. They have no interest in assisting anyone. We have tried to submit an application with them for 2 weeks even spoke to them in person with no assistance. Apparently they dont care to loan any money to purchase a home so dont get caught up in the endless wheel & loose the property you put an offer on because of them. Waste of time.
