Horrible service. Bar tender charged us for our drinks and the person who ordered next to us, and rather than fixing it, said the next round was on them (she didn't even provide the second receipt, so I didn't even know how much that was until I looked at my account). When I ordered the next round and explained the situation to the bar tender (a different one), she scoffed at me, poured barely half a cup of mixer in my cup and was exceptionally rude about the whole situation. I understand working a busy bar sucks, but if you mess up don't blame it on your customers. This was our first time visiting and we will not be returning.

I believed it's under new management, and now it's called Sydney...maybe Sydney Bar&Grill. Nonetheless, the service was horrible. They're understaffed, we unknowingly walked right in without getting id'd because the door person was eating at the bar. The bartender did greet us though. We sat for 10-15mins before anyone asked if were being helped, but we were the only people at an empty table. We were going to order food and drinks but it took so long that we decided to only get drinks and find somewhere else to eat. We waited another 15mins for our drinks, receive the check and paid before we ever actually got the drinks. All in all we probably waited 45mins for a daiquiri and some citrus mixed drink that just tasted like vodka & cranberry with too much grapefruit juice. The bar wasn't overwhelmingly busy either. The poor waitress was overworked because apparently the other girl didn't feel good, but she was still working, just not bottom half where help was needed most. The bartender needs to be faster. And the dj sucked.
