Great experience. Stung by a bee on vacation and had allergic reaction, covered in hives head to toe. I arrived about 7:45am and there were already several people ahead of me(at least 7). Was registered and called back to a room
Within one hour. Nurse practitioner Sarah was kind and knowledgeable. Received a steroid shot along with a prescription for additional steroid dose pack. Would highly recommend. Very friendly staff.

Knew exactly what was wrong w me. Went only looking for pain relief w a tendon dislocated. Ignored me so they could get and charge me for x rays, gave terrible and completely wrong treatment advice, then said take Motrin. I could have skipped the trip, felt better physically as well as had more confidence in the staff if I would have just stayed home. Oh and instead of using the injury name to be clear what happened these clowns put hand pain. Again only so they could recommend and bill for service I didn’t need And cya. Definitely not paying for that bs.

10/1/20 UPDATE. THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED. PLEASE GO TO THE METRO PARKWAY LOCATION OR PAGE FIELD LOCATION. Excellent walk in center. The people are awesome. I highly recommend this place. They are open every day, including weekends. You can stop by before, or after work. Truly is convenient care. Also, very conveniently located, plenty of parking, and the staff are all wonderful.

We visited Convenient Care on Summerlin on Nov 22 and were so impressed. Everyone we came in contact with was smiling, friendly and professional. Each person we saw took time with us, especially the doctor. We left feeling really cared for and cared about.

I've been to this location a few times, since it's close to my home. The quality of care is always top notch. My wait time was about 40 minutes, even though they were pretty busy in the late afternoon.
