Ive never been to such a fast, friendly, efficient, and clean urgent care as this one. I was expecting to wait awhile as we went around 5pm on a Friday evening, however that wasnt the case at all. The receptionist saw that my daughter wasnt feeling well, so she did her best to get us checked in as quickly as possible. We waited for about 1 minute before they called us back. Every assistant that came in was so efficient and friendly. The male who swabbed her nose knew she was nervous, so he made it super fun and silly , he had her laughing the whole time. Everyone made a not so enjoyable experience into a good one. If I could give more stars, I would! We will definitely visit this location if need be.

I appreciated the care I received today from Jacob, Jenny, Yolanda and (also the X-ray guy). I went in there after being sick since 12/4. I have been to other places and actually left because of their abrupt service. I was pretty much desperate and my breathing was shallow. I was really sick and This staff took their time with me explained the medication and shot I was getting. Jacob gave me a very thorough exam. I wanted to thank you all for making me feel safe when I went home tonight because of the professional care received from this facility and staff.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!! I had a sinus infection that didnt go away after 7 days. I went to this clinic for the first time. It was about 4:45 pm on a Friday & they got me right in. I was diagnosed with bronchitis. Dr. Prescribed necessary Rxs & theres a pharmacy on-site. Total time I was there was 45 minutes, including getting the Rxs filled & paid for. For a Walk-in Clinic this was the BEST experience Ive ever had in Fort Myers. Ive lived here over 30 years. Staff was friendly, efficient & didnt rush me. SO glad I went here!!!
