Shout out to the staff who assisted me last Wed. Everyone was professional and I was seen quickly. Luckily for me it must have been a slow time. They took care of my issue promptly and I am very appreciative. What a great resource. I never even knew this place existed but I will definitely make use of this facility in the future.

Reception and medical staff were very friendly and professional. However, Nurse Josh could use a refresher course in compassion and the lee health mission statement. When a patient, who is not from the area, is in need of having an rx filled and it appears all neaeby pharmacies are closed the appropriate response of a good nurse would be to help that patient in locating an open pharmacy or suggest alternatives not just continue saying, keep looking, I know theres one open somewhere. This is not at all helpful~ very clear he was more interested in hanging out at the nurses station and playing with his rubber glove than helping a patient. Thankful for the front desk staff (Ray) who took the time to help us.

I came with a bad cough and upper respiratory infection symptoms. They said it was most likely viral since strep test came back negative and to ride it out. I came back the next day after having a really difficult night and feeling worse and requested an antibiotic. Nurse practitioner Heidi gave me an antibiotic prescription to fill in 1 week if Im not feeling better. Paperwork says upper respiratory infection but wont prescribe antibiotic for another week. I asked her to reconsider since I have 2 little kids and I cant feel like this for another week. She said no and walked out the door with zero empathy or emotion. Upon the things she did prescribe were steroids (which I never take because Im breastfeeding) and allergy medication when Im 100% sure I have an infection. Flu and Covid came back negative as well. I hope I dont have to come back. Everyone else was so nice and they see you very quickly. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved and Im looking for other options so that I can feel better.
