We purchased a new home in Naples and used Ron and Sons to activate our security and home automation system. They installed the video doorbell, electrionic deadbolt and smoke/heat sensors I provided for the system and brought our garge door opener and thermostat into the system. Everything works perfect ! Tech was on time and very knowledgeable. He took all the time necessary to make sure we understood the system and had the proper apps and access to work the system. Ronny was very helpful upfront in getting us the info we needed to decide on the work to be completed and the costs. I will continue to use them in the future as we are very happy with our experience.

We have been in Naples since 2006 and previously used another security and home audio company for our home. Unfortunately the experience was not so great. The owner was obnoxious and just talked about himself the whole time, there were constant issues with the camera system and it was like pulling teeth to get a response from their company for service. I am so pleased to report that dealing with Ron and Sons was the complete opposite in every single way! Ronny was so down to earth and such a nice person to work with. His pricing was very fair and he was eager to help us manage the costs of everything. We ended up installing a new alarm system, a new camera system, all new TVs and a whole house Sonos system. Every single aspect of the system is absolutely perfect and I cannot recommend the Sonos system enough! The app is fantastic, the system sounds incredible, it is super user-friendly and sounds incredible! The alarm system panel is so cool and so easy to use and the remote access features are fantastic. The security camera system is also very simple to use, has been totally reliable, and has some very cool features. Although the system has worked without issue, I think that the employees I dealt with at the company were probably the best part of the overall experience. We had a few questions along the way, stuff that came up after as far as how to operate the system, and a few adjustments that needed to be made. Ron, Brittany, Chris, Dan and the entire company were such a pleasure to work with in every single way! They didnt put you off after the system was sold and installed but instead were eager to fit you in to make sure that everything was to your satisfaction, and always did it in such a professional and congenial way. Building a house and doing so with the post-pandemic supply chain crisis has been extremely challenging. Finding quality subcontractors and the escalating prices of materials are two of the most difficult factors we have had to contend with. Although that is the case with almost every other aspect of our project, it was not the case when I worked with this company. There were absolutely no issues at all of any significance, and the minor ones were addressed immediately. Ron and his company made it happen for us and we are very grateful for their hard work! I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future, as they are the type of company we want to connect with going forward.

Had an appointment with them on the day Hurricane Ian hit, so obviously that didn't happen. Called a week later to reschedule and stated that I understood that the remounting of my TV (had taken it down to add stacked stone to our outdoor fireplace) was not urgent or a priority, but that I would like to get back on their schedule. The woman who answered the phone actually laughed at me and told me that she could care less about my TV. They seemed to care about our TV's and the mounting of them when we spent well over $15,000 with them 2 years prior, but I guess they only care about you when there's more money involved. Someone needs to get some kind of medication for the woman answering the phone there, as she's clearly unstable and unqualified for customer service work. If I could, I'd give them zero stars for how rude and condescending she was, and wish we'd spent our money with a company who actually values their customers. Give your business and money to someone else!
