        Was having an issue with my Samsung Ultra 23. I was created at the front of the ATT store, employee asked about my issue. He stated if your not buying a phone, regarding AT&T services or email we can't help you. Suggested I call Samsung Technical support. When I tried to ask about a potential phone setting, he apologized, refere me again to Samsung. Was disappointed I wasn't even given a chance to speak with a technician. Not a full service store.
