Audubon Cove

All of the staff, especially Ivana, Melissa, and Andrew have been so helpful and have gone above and beyond for me and my little one. Always nice, always friendly, and love how quiet it is. Not to mention, they put up with all my little ones questions and jabber when we have to hit the leasing office from time to time. Lol 10/10 would highly recommend. Thanks so much, you guys!

We looked around for apartments before we decided to choose Audubon. Some reviews were concerning but our concerns were put at ease. We moved here and the neighborhood is nice and peaceful, and the location is ideal. The staff is responsive, kind, and well-informed, move in process was easy. The apartments are well-maintained despite their age. We love how quiet it is here, lake view is definitely a plus.

We used to live here acouple years ago and it was great- the maintenance was always good about getting repairs done, the mangement was great. We moved to Tampa for a year and decided to came back to fort myers and stay at Audubon cove again- the rent was even more than before but nothing had changed. The apartments are still outdated, the pools need to be remodeled as the only nice one is the main office one. Kids play around in the fitness area and the guy at the desk that I think took Keith spot does not know a single thing!! Overall okay place to stay just make sure you are getting your moneys worth.

Just moved in a week ago and found the apartment to be in great condition other than a few maintenence issues that were quickly resolved by Bruce. Melissa and Andrew in the leasing office have been very friendly, kind and helpful during our move in process and in answering any questions. The complex also seems to be well kept, and it's been pretty quiet and peaceful so far. Really happy with our decision to move here!

I recently moved into Audubon Cove. I have enjoyed the view from my lanai and the peace and quiet. I have appreciates management bringing to the attention of all residents when there is noise, speeding cars, etc. I have had some issues in the apartment that needed addressing. Nothing major. I asked for a meeting. The assistant property manager was very attentive and responsive to my issues. The maintenance man who responded to my requests was polite and did the fixes that could be fixed that same day. One issue is outstanding but we are waiting for the part and doesnt effect my day to day living. I had the meeting and that same day they responded. I was impressed with the politeness, timeliness and professionalism. Way to go everyone.
