The Carlton of Fort Myers

Lived here for the first year during construction & through hurricane Ian. Beautiful spacious apartments with wonderful amenities. The maintenance team is phenomenal and quick to resolve issues. My main issue is the parking. My husband worked until 9 and if he was lucky he parked over by the garbage cans over 3 buildings down. Another issue we had were fire ants somehow entering our 2nd floor apartment. No food was left out except my dogs food and they were attacking him. The water also has a strong chlorine smell, nothing an additional shower head filter cant help. Great apartment complex to wait out a hurricane as they have underground electricity, we had it back on less than 3 days after the hurricane. The prices have shot up, we rented a 1/1 2nd floor for 1366 and its jumped up to 1800. But with the current economy its pretty standard. Overall good apartment complex just a few kinks

I love my apartment! The maintenance staff is especially helpful. I have submitted minor service requests, and issues are resolved the very same day! Awesome place to live!

The apartments are really nice and big. Maintenance is really good at fixing what needs to be fixed in a timely manner. However, you pay A LOT of money for a garage and you can't use it how you want. You have to be able to fit your car in there, so they control that. There is no assigned parking, so if you work late or just come back late, there will be no parking. Maybe 3 buildings down if you're lucky. You also can't put your bike on your lani, even though there is a railing.
