Brantley Pines Apartments

Just finished my 1 year lease with Brantley Pines. The leasing office is extremely helpful, as well as the maintenance staff. My biggest complaint would be the building I lived in was a rather old building which carried a distinct scent. Aside from that, the neighborhood is rather quiet, never had a pest problem, and have been very satisfied with the front office and the maintenance staff.

Unfortunately, I cannot endorse Brantley Pines as a suitable living space for family and friends. During my 3 years at Brantley Pines, I initially encountered a positive environment with knowledgeable and kind office staff and an excellent maintenance team. However, since the property lacks a manager, it has deteriorated, displaying misplaced priorities and a discourteous assistant property manager, Milagros. Despite claiming to be a luxury apartment, there are no upgrades, and the focus seems to be solely on rent increases. If possible, I would rate it zero stars.

I have enjoyed being a resident of Brantley Pines Apartments . I really feel safe in the comunity Alyse And Britney are very nice any question you have they have the answer . The maintenance is perfection anything you need they will fix it for youuuu . I really like this ladies they alway happy in a good moood

Had a wonderful experience renting at Brantley Pines for over 3 years. Staff members (major shout out to Alyse) are always helpful and responsive and area is very clean and lively. The amenities are great and one of nicest apartment complexes in the Fort Myers area. Very appreciative of the time I had as a resident of Brantley Pines!!

Prior to 2022, things were great, bad sound proofing between the 1st and 2nd floor of the building, but that was it. Since 2022, many impolite, inconsiderate, none sanitary and poor etiquette people have started to move in plus the rent hike which has made this complex not as desirable as before.
