PLEASE DO NOT SETTLE FOR THESE APARTMENTS. I PROMISE YOU CAN FIND SOMETHING BETTER THAN THIS PLACE, which is ran by uneducated, unprofessional and ignorant slumlords.
If youre a woman, dont deal with Nugent alone without a man unless you know how to fight because THAT landlord definitely has a burning hate towards women and is QUICK to start yelling at you if you ask him anything about your unit; hes ready to negate and argue about any of your residential complaints. He escalates things to a level that make you ready to activate your fight AND flight response. He is ready to square up with anyone because of how much of an ego-maniacal power trip hes on. His minion jackie is right there with him.

Wouldnt recommend. Mold everywhere in my facility. Put in multiple work orders to clean A/C due to mold growing on the vents. A/c is junk, covered with mildew. No follow up nothing. Due to Florida laws mold is legal for them to not do anything.

I physically stood there an watched him fix my A/C due to me dealing with diabetes in heat. So thanks so much be safe and blessed..
