I've been living in the Portofino Cove condominium for a year now and I just renewed my contract for another year. My son and I feel safe, I like the neighbors, there is plenty of parking, it is always well looked after and the club house is very quiet. And now I count on the help of an employee Tayna Arajo, very sweet and attentive, she does everything she can to help us. I'm very satisfied where I am because the place we live is super important to me.

Absolute joke of a company. I just called the front desk 15 times and they refuse to answer but I can see them in the office ignoring the calls. They are a waste of employees. There is trash everywhere , the trash valet comes every night and throws the trash over the banister only for it to fall out and be left all over the floor. The raccoons then ravish the place and call the dumpster their home. As you pull up to the dumpster 5-6 local resident rabies infested rodents scurry out as fast as they can to hide. The gate which was added after i moved in and then increased my rent because its a gated community has been broken for 2.5 years, and was functionally operational for less than a week. There has been multiple murders in the community with no updates on their suspects or the safety of our well being. The pool was broken about 80% of the summer and the pool technician told me the pump was breaking for weeks and he told Dylan and Mary Kate at the office it was getting ready to break and they refused to pay to replace it, It then broke just like the tech warned them and we sat the hottest months of the summer with a sign in the pool that said closed, do not enter. The company has failed and been sold numerous times. Each time a new oblivious staff member comes in and pretends to fix the laundry list of issues. My dishwasher never worked, it wasnt even installed correctly, the wood in the cabinets were hammered in with nails way to short so within a week of living there, while sitting in my kitchen, pieces of wood on top of the cabinets and sides of the cabinets have begun to fall off. I lived here for 3 years. There has been 0 annual maintenance. They say the power wash but it doesnt get done, My windows on the second floor are filled with 3inches of thick mold which they described is non toxic so they have no need to clean it. I just have to stare through my moss green windows everyday instead of getting nice sunlight . The ac was broken and the apartment was filled with mold. When waiting for AC to be repaired they hired someone from Miami who doesnt even speak English and they got my cellphone number and called me at midnight to ask if they can come in and look at the AC unit. Excuse me? Its midnight. So unprofessional. The maintenance crew moved in next to me and they chain smoke cigarettes outside of my door and the walls are paper thin so i hear them yelling outside in Spanish everyday. They leave ash, cigarette buts and trash all over my front door and block the stairs as i try to leave to walk my dogs then stare at me like Im IN THEIR WAY. I have never felt so unsupported as a resident in any community. The Staff will do anything they can to AVOID helping you If you are looking to move in here RUN, RUN VERY FAR AND VERY FAST I WOULD RATHER BE HOMELESS THEN LIVE HERE. I MOVED OUT EARLY AND AM PAYING 2 DIFFERENT RENTS AND IT IS WORTH IT JUST SO I NEVER HAVE TO SEE THAT SICK JOKE OF A BUSINESS AND COMMUNITY EVERY AGAIN. BYEEEEEE

I was a resident here for 15 months (2023-2024) and never had any issues that weren't fixed in a timely manner. The office staff were helpful and supportive. For example I was looking to rent a one bedroom of a certain floor plan which they had and were going to lease to me but when she did the walk through and realized the previous tenant had been a chain smoker in the apartment, they offered me a 2 bedroom at the rate of the one to make up for the issue. Dylan and staff were always helpful. My neighbor below me was also amazing. I did have one situation with a neighbor who had band practice in his apt past 10 pm on weekdays, but we talked and came to a compromise. The only reason I moved was work taking me away. Truly loved this place and the community activities are a bonus.
