Its a very critical course but most definitely worth while. It’s helped me a lot on my journey to become a real estate licensee. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to accomplish such feat as well. The staff here is great. 10/10!

China and her team are so professional, courteous, and helpful. They respond to maintenance requests promptly and do everything they can to get things taken care of. There are lots of shady folks in the industry, but this company is trust worthy. I am just renting currently, however I am willing to purchase a home thru Zarzuela Realty in the future.

I am so grateful! I searched for months for a Real estate class that would work with my schedule as a Mom. Let me express this was a priceless experience; I was able to take the whole class via ZOOM! Absolutely the best experience. Usladys made sure we knew the material and took her time to make sure we understood everything. Her experience in real estate really is demonstrated not only in the classroom but in her work also. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences with us.
