Omg! Where do I start! A teacher with heart and compassion for her students. China is an amazing soul. She is just an all round beautiful person inside and out. Class was great and the lessons taught in where clear and understable manner. China would go over a topic until you get it. I recommend all her classes and business on a whole you won't regret it at all!. Miss China thank you loads for your time and effort you've shown me. God bless you always.

Zarzuela Realty LLC was a great place to go for real estate courses. The professor China was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone around the area! She offers various courses and is flexible. Absolutely great experience overall.

The instructor here goes above and beyond to accommodate you and help you pass the test, shes very patient and has shown to be very ethical, I would recommend taking her class, she is worth the money and I would recommend her over taking an online test, shes very organized and overall such a great teacher, also follow her instructions regarding everything else because I didnt listen when she told us to submit our application to the DBPR and boy do I regret it, so remember shes got your best interest in mind and youll be good to go :)

I was lost and became unmotivated when I initiated the Real Estate course online with Gold Coast; I needed that in-person connection. I was not sure what to expect when I decided to enroll with Zarzuelas Realty School, but I can now say it was the best decision I made! My experience was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the teaching and guidance of the teacher, China. She is an exemplary Real Estate professional with abundant knowledge in the Real Estate field and a passion to share this knowledge with her students. She connects with her students and is always open to questions and reviews in a way that is easy to understand. The classroom setting is ideal for learning, and the material provided is comprehensive. This class is a must-do for anyone who wants to pass their real estate associate state exam. Thank you, China; not only are you an amazing teacher but an amazing person as well. God bless!
