        I reached out to the property management company to request the some documents they should provide any potential buyer in the community to understand their rules and regulations and they would not provide that to me. They were extremely rude and would never refer them to anyone. I'm surprised they are still in business. Spoke with Joe Garrison, the owner of the company. Very disrespectful and unhelpful. The community needs to replace them. I still don't have a copy of the documents I am requesting which they should have but refuse to provide.

        It's 2023 and this management company has no online options for reviewing bills or sharing communications. Everything by postal mail, with no ability to contact anyone by telephone or email for assistance. As other reviews said, management is supposed to support homeowners not antagonize them. Double check that Garrison doesn't manage your community before purchasing.
