        Kat is absolutely wonderful!!! She is very knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoyed touring with her. The grounds and apartment were beautiful!

        They are great at making this place look better than it is. The photos look amazing and then you move in to a dumb of a place!! They paint over nails, chipped paint, & dirt. They charge your for b.s amenities like grills. WHAT GRILLS. you pay for a dirty dog park with no bags. Youll pay for a pool thats ALWAYS dirty or overflowing. You hear anything and everything. Your neighbors will complain at every noise you make & you'll hear fighting at all hours of the day. Trash, bugs, rats, & possums. This place is disgusting and you will most likely suffer the consequences of mold exposure. This place is dirty, loud, and extremely overpriced! You can find so much better at half the price they add on extra b.s charges that skyrocket your monthly rent.

        Cat, the leasing consultant, was super helpful during the entire move in process and was very much on top of any questions or concerns we had regarding the whole process. Great customer service and super nice. Maintenance normally gets things done really quick and with quality execution. Top notch job
