Excellent place to rent for a couple of weeks. The apartment we stayed at was completely remodeled. The building is on the older side but you can tell the management does a really good job keeping it fresh and remodeled. Security is on point. Feel very safe with their care. The are is quiet, peaceful and so relaxing. Market across the street and lots of restaurants. Great place to relax in daytona for the whole family. The condo faces the ocean. You can see the ocean from our room. Very nice. The building is going through complete construction refresh. Completely rebuilt seawall after the hurricane tore it down. Coming back next year for sure!

Was a great place to live until 2 years ago. So many problems with the building needing to be addressed. Many problems unrelated to hurricane damage that have not been addressed for over three years. Management, including the board, is unresponsive to the needs of it's owners. We used to have a gym until it was removed to be made into an office for our CAM, Derrick Orberg and the board president. Atmosphere here is divisive and negative. Supporters of the board and those who've lost trust in the board are constantly arguing in their posts. Damage suffered from hurricanes in 2022 have aggravated the situation. I believe this community can once again be the friendly and peaceful community it once was when changes in management are made.

Amazing views of daytona and a very relaxing warm environment. Very good place to stay. Close to shopping and amenities. had a great vacation here. the property is on the water.

Daytona Beach Ocean Towers, known as "The Towers," a beautiful Oceanfront Condo Community, has been a great place to live and visit since 1964. I have the pleasure of being here near every day. Community has rebuilt thier seawall and soon to build a State of the Art ADA compliant pool due to be completed by the end of 2024. 2022 Hurricanes Ian and Nichole took their toll, but this strong and resilient property has already had significant improvements with more coming. Across from Bellaire Plaza and other shops as well as the Main Aatraction of "The World's most Famous Beach"! How could you be anywhere else.
