Katie Cappi was awesome , she was very attentive and polite and she helped me get approved quickly with no hassle. She responded quickly to any questions I had, especially being a new resident and definitely made me feel comfortable about where I was moving too. No matter the situation there are two young men at this property, who are always courteous, kind, caring, and willing to help. Those young men are Eddie and Jesse in the Clyde Morris Landing leasing office. Both of them have assisted the tenant that I provide care for on multiple occasions, various issues, including parking, maintenance and general information. They make living at The Landing, carefree.

I needed to move my father from out of state quickly. Katie was PHENOMENAL through the entire experience. She kept me informed and somehow got us into an apartment within our very short timeline. I am extremely grateful to the staff at Clyde Morris Senior Living Apartments for making sure their residents and facilities are safe and well maintained, and for working with us in such a professional and caring manner. I would recommend this facility and their staff to anyone looking for an apartment.
